Day one Random Birds

Of course the first thing we saw in Banff was the very abundant House Sparrow


Then we walked along the water front, and alongside a pair of Canada Geese, was this very adorable Hooded Merganser.


And of course the Magpies EVERYWHERE!!!

    Of course I love the ducky...but always believed little sparrows are underrated...They're special! Magpies are beautiful too!
