Ivy was covering everything!
First birds we saw - Great Blue Heron, Ring Billed and Herring Gulls..
These are huge caterpillar nests.. as you walk under them, they would fall on you...
Pretty turtle!! (Painted I Believe)
The Marsh walk... you could hear birds in the reeds, but couldnt really see anything...
This was before the flies got really bad... they just covered our legs.. Yuck!

Found piles of This everywhere.. it wasn't till a bit later that we discovered it to be fish scales (kind of explains the flies eh?)
