Cat in the Grass

While Princess kitty was getting buried, The Little girl was sitting nearby (laughing I swear)..

I swear she was laughing... then she was sneezing at the grass..

Birds from the Road!!

On the drive TO Ontario, we saw Porcupine, Deer, Turkey Vultures galore, Hawks, and gulls like mad...
At the first rest stop, we saw Cedar Waxwings (juveniles and adults)

Ring Billed Gulls, a couple Herring Gulls were abundant...

I had the smaller camera out more then I did the bigger one.. but occasionally I just had to use both!

BUGS! (Be warned, SPIDERS too!!!)

This little guy (Yes, Finally a Bee) decided to come visit me one afternoon... spent about 5 minutes on my arm..

Thought it was a wooley bear to begin with, but not quite right...

A couple of these were on the sunflower leaves

And this big nasty Orb Spider lives (lived) in the window where the kitten stays...  Sure scared the crap out of me when I looked up to see it!

Sunshine in the Garden...

With the abundance of Yellow flowers, the garden looks like it has little suns everywhere!!

The Lilies are in the front and middle, and are gorgeous..

And of course, the SUNFLOWERS!! My first year of growing them (thanks to the birds)

Catching Frogs...

Blade and I went out catching frogs... got some really tiny ones!!

How many frogs can you put in your hand?  I think blade got up to 5...

Then we found this adorable little golden one!! too cute!!

Mushrooms Galore!!

Once we found the Puffball mushrooms, we kept looking.. next we found these tiny Coral Mushrooms..

Still dont know what kind this is..

I was told of these awesome wonderful PUFFBALL mushrooms that Pam had at her yard.. So off I went! and Puffballs I found! YAHOO!!
