After a bit of research, discovered it was an American Three-toed woodpecker.. They dont seem to be in our little corner of Sask, but they are pretty much everywhere else!!

American Three Toed Woodpecker!!!
A Hiking we went, when we heard the tap tap tapping of a Woodpecker.. We went looking, and Found this little Black and white and yellow one!!
After a bit of research, discovered it was an American Three-toed woodpecker.. They dont seem to be in our little corner of Sask, but they are pretty much everywhere else!!
